With over two decades of Human Resources experience, Shauna Wilkinson is a dedicated professional committed to contributing to workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
Known for her values based, people-focused approach, Shauna combines strong relationship-building skills with a strategic understanding of workplace needs. She brings professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus and commitment to supporting people, building effective workplaces, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Most recently, Shauna served as the Vice-President People & Culture at Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) where she contributed to the overall strategic direction and vision of FCL and the ongoing evolution of FCL’s people practices and programs.
Shauna earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
