Yoga at Fitness on 25th
Virtual and In-Person Yoga Classes
The YWCA has a long tradition of yoga training, and Fitness on 25th embraces our role as teachers and leaders of exercise and movement. Our classes are open to people of all skill levels, helping everyone develop their skills at their own pace.
We offer virtual livestream classes you can do from home, with in-person classes returning soon. We also do Yoga in the Park at nearby Kinsmen Park on warm summer days for a gratifying outdoor experience. All classes are included in membership fees, with a non-member drop-in fee of $5 for virtual streams.

Monday: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 – 10:00 AM
