Kyara Lalonde
Interim Director of Finance & Operations
Kyara brings a strong foundation in accounting and financial leadership to her role as Director of Finance and Operations. With a background rooted in the cooperative and credit union system, she comes to the YWCA with deep experience in mission-driven, community-centered organizations.
In her role, Kyara holds overall responsibility for the organization’s financial management and facilities operations to advance organizational effectiveness and financial sustainability. She leads continuous improvement of the policies, systems, and processes that keep the YWCA running strong behind the scenes so that staff can focus on what matters most: honouring our commitment to women and their families and serving the community.
