Kim Fisher
Director of People and Culture
Kim brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Director of People & Culture at YWCA Saskatoon. She began her career on the frontlines, developing a deep understanding of the needs of women and families accessing support services.
Throughout her career with the organization, Kim has remained deeply committed to its mission, leading with empathy and a strong belief in the power of community. In her current role, she provides leadership in advancing people and culture initiatives, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace and strengthening organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Kim is passionate about fostering a workplace culture empowering staff through mentorship and collaborative leadership. She believes in building strong teams where people feel valued, supported and inspired to make a difference through their work.
