I consent to being nominated for this award. I understand my name, biography, photo, and video will be published online and in-print. I live or work in Saskatchewan north of Davidson (inclusive). I will attend Nominee Headshots on either March 26th or 27th, the Nominees' Reception April 30th, 2026 as well as the Women of Distinction Awards Dinner on the evening of May 14th, 2026. I understand that the media may contact me for an interview and that my employer may be contacted for advertising opportunities. I understand that sponsorship and public relations is part of this event as a fundraiser for the YWCA Saskatoon. I understand that I will receive information about YWCA Saskatoon news, programs, and campaigns.
