Riley Baxter serves as Vice President, Finance & Operations at YWCA Saskatoon, where she has spent nine years supporting organizational effectiveness and advancing the organization’s mission. Prior to joining the YWCA, Riley worked at PwC, earning her CPA designation and building expertise in financial management, audit, and tax services.

A graduate of the Edwards School of Business with a major in Accounting, Riley is committed to community involvement and volunteer leadership. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Saskatoon Minor Basketball Association (SMBA) and has contributed to several nonprofit boards throughout her career.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending time outdoors year-round, including hiking, cross-country skiing, camping, and biking. She is also a proud mom to a young son and enjoys spending time with her family and dog.
