Am Energizer-
Energizer is a lively, cardio-based aerobic workout that combines rhythmic movement with heart-pumping exercise to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Designed for all fitness levels, participants are encouraged to work at their own pace with options provided for lower or higher intensity.
This class offers a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can enjoy moving, building stamina, and boosting energy levels.
Y-Fit-
Y-Fit is a full-body fitness class designed for adults 18+ of all fitness levels. This dynamic workout blends strength training, circuit-style conditioning, and elements of HIIT and CrossFit-inspired movements to help build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Every class is fully modifiable, making it accessible whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after time away, or managing injuries or physical limitations. Instructors provide options and progressions so you can work at a pace and intensity that feels right for you—while still being challenged.
Expect a motivating, supportive environment where you’ll sweat, get stronger, and leave feeling accomplished
Bonefit-
BoneFit is a specialized strength and movement class focused on building stronger bones, improving balance, and supporting everyday movement. Designed for adults with osteoporosis or those wanting to protect their bone health, this class includes weight-bearing exercises, resistance training, and stability work to help you stay strong and independent.
Exercises are fully adaptable, and instructors provide options to meet your needs—whether you’re new to exercise, returning after injury, or managing joint or bone concerns.
