YWCA to Offer Trauma Informed Training

YWCA Saskatoon presents Trauma Informed Training with Duane T. Bowers, LPC. This two-day session will focus on trauma, inter-generational trauma, self-care and resiliency, under the umbrella of Trauma Informed Care.

Designed for individuals and agencies working in human services who provide care for traumatized clients, the training session is being provided for YWCA staff, and is open for others to register as well. Find out how your agency can become trauma informed.

Health care professionals, counsellors, teachers, domestic violence workers, mental health professionals, EMS professionals, police officers, firefighters, child youth workers, social services agencies, government ministries, funeral service providers, volunteers or caregivers are welcome to participate.
