Recipe: Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
6 bell peppers
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 16 oz. jar of tomatoes
2 cups wild rice, cooked
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
