New Noon Hour Class: Country Heat, Brought To You By Andrea!
Instructor Andrea Dielschneider has been a part of the Fitness on 25th team since 2010 and she continuously strives to offer the YWCA up-to-date classes that align with current fitness trends. Andrea’s noon hour Power Sculpt, Athletic Step & Core, and Boot Camp classes are all highly attended and respected classes as the variety of movements and exercises offered within each class are always evolving to ensure current techniques.
New to the Fall schedule, effective Tuesday, October 11th is Country Heat. Country Heat is a dance-inspired workout that combines country music with simple dance moves for a fun and energetic yet satisfying workout.
