Is sitting really the new smoking? Let’s walk and discuss! You’re invited to join the Jane’s Walk movement in Saskatoon, with YWCA Saskatoon’s Fred Dyck and his furry friend Leo, at Saskatoon’s Sutherland Dog Park.
Fred says, “Our discussion during the walk will centre around the negative effects of our sedentary lifestyle and examine ways each of us can embrace a more active lifestyle. All the while we will be getting some exercise, along with our canine friends.” If you do not have a dog companion to come along but still want to, please come for the friendship and fun.
