30 reverse crunches
15 burpees
10 push-ups
10 russian twists
Repeat x3

Workout #2: All Over Workout (core)

wall squat for 1 min
30 jumping jacks
10 v sits
15 tricep dips on couch
45 seconds of running man
Repeat x3

Workout #3: Legs and Glutes

leg rises (one at a time, 15 each leg total= 30)
jumping squats 15×2= 30 each
10×2= 20 lunges
20 squats
40 second plank
Repeat x3
