New Yoga Class at Fitness on 25th!

Based on a very positive feedback on our all yoga classes, we decided to start yoga on Tuesdays at lunch time. With this new Tuesday yoga class together with other classes throughout the week, you can benefit from positive aspects of yoga and get away from daily daily hustle and bustle.

Know About The Instructor

Rachel was introduced to yoga in 2010. At first it was the physical practice that kept her coming back. It wasn’t until a few years later that the practice would move from purely physical to also mental and spiritual. She can share with you how the practice helped her to get through the toughest of times and ultimately led her to Costa Rica in 2016 to complete her 200hr RYT teacher training with Hari Om Yoga School. For Rachel, yoga is no longer just a type of exercise, it’s a way of life. She teaches a variety of styles, vinyasa, hatha and yin. Rachel invites you to join her on the journey today!
