YWCA Essential Skills for Employment is a work-readiness program designed to help you start your career in hospitality. We provide customer service training, interview and resume workshops, tours and work placements with local hotels, and the skills employers look for when hiring.
Participants spend 5 weeks in class (Beginning week of February 16th, 9:00AM-12:00PM) and 3 weeks at a work placement (March 21st-April 8th).
