Yoga Stretch and Relaxation with Kathleen Podiluk:

A very beneficial class for all of us to take the time to include in our practice. Warming, stretching, and relaxation poses to invigorate, heal and restore in body, mind and spirit.

Gentle Yoga with Kathleen Podiluk:

Practice Yoga with focus on breathing, basic poses, stretching, gentle strengthening and relaxation.

Beginning Hatha Yoga with Kathleen Podiluk:

For those who are new to yoga and looking for a place to start. Learn in a comfortable, non-judgmental atmosphere. This is an introductory session to learn the basic poses, breathing, posture and body alignment at your own pace.

Yoga - Intermediate and Advanced with Kathleen Podiluk:

Knowledge of the basic poses is required.

Yoga - Focus on Thechnique with Kathleen Podiluk:

Break down of objectives of poses and opportunity to pay special attention to learning and details of poses during the class. Appropriate for all levels.

Pre Natal Yoga Workshop with Kathleen Podiluk:

This workshop will provide you with the knowledge to safely continue your practice at home, and to feel confident that are able to safely modify poses for yourself in a class environment.
